Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the relationship between TokeWin (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual (referred to as "you", "the User" or "the Player") who registers for, accesses or uses the services available at tokewin.cam.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet or otherwise using any service offered by TokeWin, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and refrain from creating or maintaining an account.

This Agreement is effective as of the date you register your account or, for existing users, from the date these Terms were last updated. TokeWin reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. TokeWin enforces this threshold in accordance with responsible gambling best practices and will verify your age as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems and bots are not permitted to register or operate accounts.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited for the individual. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction before using the Platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of a TokeWin employee or affiliate where such relationship creates a conflict of interest.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have an active exclusion arrangement with the Platform.

TokeWin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid copy of a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identity document. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete personal information as prompted during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held therein.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification:

• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• TokeWin may request KYC documentation at any time during the lifecycle of your account, including following significant deposits or in response to compliance requirements.
• Acceptable KYC documents include: Malaysian MyKad (front and back), valid passport (photo page), and proof of residential address dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence).
• Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days of a KYC request being issued may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.
• All KYC documentation is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). TokeWin supports the following payment methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB), and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC).

Deposit Conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 unless otherwise specified in an active promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Processing times vary by method — e-wallets typically credit within minutes while bank transfers may take up to 60 minutes.
• TokeWin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be refunded and the account reviewed.
• TokeWin reserves the right to impose deposit limits in accordance with responsible gambling obligations or upon player request.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30.
• All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to processing.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the Player's own name. TokeWin does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes.
• TokeWin reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above RM 5,000 or any withdrawal flagged by our compliance systems.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. See Section 6.

TokeWin offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and a multi-tier loyalty programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Bonus Acceptance: By claiming a bonus, you confirm acceptance of the applicable wagering requirements, maximum bet limits and game eligibility restrictions. Claiming a bonus while knowingly intending to breach its conditions is prohibited.
• Wagering Requirements: Wagering requirements range from 5x to 35x of the bonus amount depending on the promotion. Specific wagering multiples are published on each promotion's detail page. Wagering requirements must be met using eligible games — not all games contribute equally to wagering calculations. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account, unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses and any unconverted winnings derived from them will be forfeited without further notice.
• Maximum Bet with Bonus Funds: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum single bet or spin is RM 20 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Welcome Bonuses: Welcome deposit bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. A single welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, IP address and payment method.
• Bonus Abuse: TokeWin reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, collusion between accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms.
• Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus: The 2% crypto deposit bonus is available on deposits made via BTC, ETH, USDT and LTC, up to a maximum of MYR 688 per qualifying deposit. A 5x wagering requirement applies. This bonus cannot be combined with other active deposit bonuses.

All games made available on the Platform utilise a certified and independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term statistical averages and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.

Players acknowledge that: (a) there is no strategy, system or technique that can guarantee a positive outcome in any game of chance; (b) past outcomes do not influence future results; (c) the house edge applicable to each game is a permanent structural feature of that game and is not subject to negotiation or removal.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the affected round will be treated as void and any stakes placed during the malfunctioned round will be refunded to the Player's account. TokeWin's decision regarding technical disputes is final, subject to any escalation process outlined in Section 16.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another individual.
• Providing false, forged or otherwise inaccurate information during registration, KYC or any other process.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or scripts to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities. Any Player who identifies such an issue must report it to TokeWin support immediately without exploiting it.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting obligations, or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, where you have legal knowledge or notice of that prohibition.
• Systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner that abuses the intended purpose of those promotions, including arbitrage betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements.
• Threatening, harassing, abusing or intimidating TokeWin staff or other Platform users.

TokeWin reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited activities: immediate account suspension or permanent closure; forfeiture of Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds; reporting of relevant activities to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities; recovery of any amounts improperly obtained.

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, software and database structures — is the exclusive property of TokeWin or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of TokeWin's intellectual property is a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TokeWin, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and affiliates shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data or business opportunity; system downtime or service interruptions; errors in game outcomes following technical malfunctions where those outcomes have been properly voided.

TokeWin's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the preceding 12-month period.

TokeWin does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform services.

TokeWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of any provision of this Agreement; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse; failure to complete KYC within the stipulated period; violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of this Agreement, TokeWin will endeavour to return any undisputed Real Money Balance to the Player via the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable compliance checks.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure: (a) all active bonuses and associated wagering requirements will be voided; (b) the Real Money Balance net of any outstanding obligation will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method; (c) the Player remains bound by all provisions of this Agreement that survive termination, including restrictions on prohibited activities and intellectual property.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gambling reasons are encouraged to utilise TokeWin's self-exclusion tool as described in Section 12, which provides additional safeguards against re-registration.

TokeWin is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, and we encourage all Players to use these tools proactively rather than reactively.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session reminders and mandatory session cut-offs to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take an extended break may activate a self-exclusion period of 30, 60 or 90 days, or opt for permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account will be locked and no promotional communications will be sent. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality Check: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying session duration and net gaming position to help maintain perspective on gaming activity.

The collection, storage, processing and use of your personal data by TokeWin is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account and using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

In summary, TokeWin collects personal data solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, compliance with legal obligations and the improvement of Platform services. TokeWin reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they affect your rights, obligations or the way we handle your funds — we will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date, and by sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Any Real Money Balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 11.

The version of these Terms and Conditions that was in effect at the time of any disputed transaction or event shall govern the resolution of that dispute.

This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. TokeWin operates as a digital platform serving Malaysian players in the English language with all transactions denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact TokeWin's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. The support team can be reached via live chat 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Where informal resolution is not achievable within a reasonable timeframe, disputes may be escalated through TokeWin's formal complaint process. Details of the escalation procedure will be provided by the support team upon request. TokeWin will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 working days of receipt.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or restricted by agreement.
